MyReio, LLC ("MyReio," "we," "us") wants you to feel confident using our platform. This policy explains what is and isn't eligible for a refund.
The one-time setup fee (Lifetime Access fee) is non-refundable. This fee covers the configuration, provisioning, and activation of your account and automations, which begins as soon as your purchase is complete.
Our monthly plans are billed as usage credits, not a traditional subscription. If you have unused credits, you may request a refund of those unused credits up to a maximum of $25.00 per request. Credits that have already been consumed by your automations (messaging, AI usage, etc.) are not eligible for a refund.
Email us at [email protected] with your account details and the amount of unused credit you would like refunded. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
