Questions

Everything worth asking before you buy.

Straight answers, including the ones where the answer isn't what you'd hope. If something isn't here, call us — we'd rather tell you now than have you find out in month two.

01

Territory and exclusivity

Exclusive ZIP-code territory, and the intelligence delivered into it. We scan your ZIPs on a schedule, score every homeowner on likelihood to list, and send you the ones worth calling — skip-traced, ranked, with the reason they surfaced.

The territory is the product. The scanning is how it gets delivered.

When you claim a ZIP code it closes to everyone else. No other MyREIO agent scans it, sees a lead from it, or works a homeowner inside it — for as long as your subscription is active.

There's no shared pool, no queue, and no clock on individual leads. Every seller we find in your territory comes to you.

Each ZIP costs credits based on how much ground it covers. A dense suburban ZIP with 40,000 people costs a full credit. A small island with 400 costs a quarter.

  • Starter — 1.0 credits
  • Core — 2.0 credits
  • Pro — 3.0 credits

So Starter is one large ZIP, or two mid-sized ones, or four small ones. Spend it however suits your business.

Then we can't sell it to you, and we'll tell you before you pay rather than after. There's no partial access and no paid waiting list.

Territory reopens when a subscription ends. If your market is full, ask us to tell you when something frees up.

Yes, subject to what's available. Swap a ZIP, add one if your plan has room, or move markets entirely. Your credit budget stays the same — you're just spending it somewhere else.

It reopens to other agents at the end of your billing period. You keep every lead already delivered to you, but we stop scanning and the territory becomes available again.

02

Leads and scoring

A list is everyone who matches one criterion — every FSBO, every expired. It's the same list your competitors bought, in the same order, with no indication who's actually motivated.

We run five independent signals against your territory and rank the results, so you're working the top of a graded list rather than the top of an alphabetical one. And your ZIP is exclusively yours, which is never true of a list.

A number from 1 to 10 reflecting how likely that homeowner is to list in the near term, weighted across everything we know about the property — tenure, equity position, occupancy, life events in public record, permit activity, comparable sales.

It's a prediction, not a fact. A 9 isn't a guarantee. It means the pattern looks like other homeowners who listed.

Those are maximums, not guarantees, and we'd rather say so plainly. Actual volume depends on how much territory you hold and what's genuinely happening inside it.

A large, active ZIP produces more than a small quiet one. During setup we'll size your territory against your plan so you know what to expect before you're billed.

Property address, owner name, mailing address, motivation score, and the reason it surfaced — pre-foreclosure filing, fourteen years owned, absentee owner, whatever triggered it.

Phone numbers are included where available and where they clear our screening. Skip tracing is included, not sold as an add-on.

  • Pre-foreclosure — filings, notices of default, tax liens
  • FSBO — already selling, already motivated
  • Probate — inherited property, often owned from out of area
  • Expired listings — wanted to sell, didn't, watched for the retry
  • Market area — tenure, equity, absentee ownership, occupancy

Starter includes three of the five. Core and above include all of them.

No. Your allotment resets at the start of each billing cycle. If you're finishing early most months, a lead pack or the next plan up works out cheaper than buying packs repeatedly.

03

Calling and compliance

Yes, where they're available and where they clear our screening. Every lead includes a mailing address regardless, so a lead is always workable even when a number isn't included.

We check registry status on every number before delivery. If it's flagged, we don't send it.

Some services flag the number and deliver it anyway with a warning. That's legal and common — it also quietly moves the decision onto you at the moment you're about to dial. We took the more conservative route.

That means a shorter list. It also means less on it that you have to second-guess.

No — and we'd be doing you a disservice to imply otherwise. Suppression reduces what reaches you. It doesn't make anything lawful to call.

Under federal rules the person placing the call is responsible for compliance. Registry data is a snapshot, and callers are required to re-check at least every 31 days. You need your own registry access.

It's free for up to five area codes and takes about ten minutes. We'll walk you through it during setup, and the credentials are yours — not ours.

Then work the mailing addresses. Direct mail carries none of the registry obligations, and for probate and pre-foreclosure it's often the better first touch anyway — a letter respects a situation a cold call can intrude on.

Never. We don't call, text, or message any consumer for any reason. We provide data and software; every outbound contact is yours.

04

Plans and billing

No. Month to month, cancel any time from your dashboard, no cancellation fee.

That's deliberate. Competitors in this category typically require twelve months — we'd rather earn the renewal.

Twelve months for the price of ten, billed once up front. Same features, same limits, same ability to change your territory.

Fees are non-refundable, including partial months. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.

Enterprise is built for teams. Territory and lead volume scale with headcount, so there's no sensible off-the-shelf price — we size it to how many agents you're running and where.

A short call is faster than a form, and you'll leave knowing exactly what it costs.

Yes, any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately with more territory and a higher lead cap. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing date — and if your new credit budget won't cover your current ZIPs, you'll choose which to keep.

Getting started

Setup takes about ten minutes — choose your territory, tell us about your business, pick your signals. Your first scan runs within 24 hours, and leads arrive on schedule from there.

No. Leads arrive ranked, by email, with contact details attached. Call them, text them, mail them — however you already prospect. There's no methodology to adopt and no software to learn.

Your market, your ZIPs, your licence and brokerage, and how you want to be credited on content published under your name. Optionally your Do Not Call registry details, if you want phone numbers screened under your own access.

That's it. No integration, no onboarding call required.

There's no free trial. Every subscription is month to month with no contract, so the shortest commitment is one month — and you keep every lead delivered during it.
