This Privacy Policy describes how MyREIO, LLC ("MyREIO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our websites, applications, and services (together, the "Service"), and explains your privacy rights. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Who We Are

MyREIO, LLC 4850 Tamiami Trl N, Naples, FL 34103, United States Email: [email protected]

Information We Collect From You

Account and contact information. When you create an account, purchase a plan, complete onboarding, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, mailing address, brand assets you upload, and market preferences.

Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details; we do not store full payment card numbers.

Usage data. We automatically collect technical information when you use the Service, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and time spent, using cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details and choices.

Social login information. If you sign in through a third-party service (such as Google or Facebook), we receive the profile information that service provides, as permitted by your settings there.

Communications. If you opt in to receive calls, emails, or text messages from us, we keep records of your consent, including its source and timestamp, and of the communications themselves.

Information We Collect About Real Estate Prospects (Professional Data)

The Service helps licensed real estate professionals identify potential sellers and buyers. To do this, we collect and process real-estate- related information about individuals and properties from sources that include: public records (such as court filings, county recorder and assessor records, and tax records), licensed third-party data providers, and publicly available listings and websites. This information may include names, property addresses, ownership and transaction records, property characteristics, and — where obtained through lawful skip-tracing services — contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses ("Professional Data").

We provide Professional Data to our customers under license for their own real estate business purposes, subject to use restrictions in our Terms of Use, including screening against the National Do Not Call Registry and compliance with applicable communication laws.

If you are an individual who appears in Professional Data and you wish to request removal of your contact information from our datasets, or to correct information about you, contact us at [email protected] with enough information to identify the record. We will process verified requests as required by applicable law.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from us or from a real estate professional using our Service, your consent applies to informational and marketing messages as described at the time of opt-in. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opt-outs are honored promptly and automatically.

No mobile opt-in information or telephone numbers collected for SMS purposes will be shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you requested.

How We Use Information

We use information to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service; create and manage accounts; process transactions; configure the Service to your market and brand; deliver the communications you request; provide customer support; monitor and improve performance and security; comply with legal obligations; and, where you have not opted out, send you information about our own products and services.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only:

With service providers who process it on our behalf to operate the Service, under contractual confidentiality and use limits. Categories include: platform and hosting infrastructure; property-data and skip-tracing providers; payment processors; communications carriers and messaging platforms; and analytics providers.

With our customers, in the case of Professional Data, as described in Section 3.

In a business transaction (merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets), in which case we will provide notice before your personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

To comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of MyREIO, our users, or the public.

With your consent, for any other purpose you approve.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states — to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete personal information; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of targeted advertising or any sale or sharing of personal information.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will provide the required opt-out mechanisms. We honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control where required by law.

To exercise any right, email [email protected] with your request and state of residence. We will verify your identity, respond within the time required by applicable law, and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations (including consent and communication records we are required to retain), to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. Usage data is generally retained for shorter periods unless needed for security or legal compliance.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
