Territory works differently. When you claim a ZIP, we stop scanning it for anyone else. Every motivated seller we find inside it comes to you — for as long as it's yours. No clock, no shared pool, no queue.
Speed still matters. Just against the market, never against us.
Every plan includes a credit budget. A dense suburban ZIP costs a full credit. An island with four hundred people costs a quarter. Spend it however suits your business — one large territory, or four small ones you know intimately.
There's no waiting list you pay to join and no partial access. If another agent holds the territory, it isn't available — and we'll tell you before you buy, not after.
When a subscription ends, the ZIP reopens. If your market is full, ask to be told when something frees up.
