We don't hand you numbers you shouldn't call.

Every phone number we deliver has been checked against Do Not Call registry status first. If it's flagged, we don't send it.

That's a smaller list than some services give you. It's also a list you can work without wondering.

Why we do it this way

Some services flag it and send it anyway.

That's common practice, and it's legal. It also quietly moves the risk onto you — a warning label on a number you were always going to have to check yourself.

We took the more conservative route. If a number is on the registry, it doesn't reach you at all. You never have to decide whether to trust a flag, and there's no scenario where the fastest path is also the riskiest one.

Fewer numbers. Nothing you have to second-guess.

Common practice

Flag and deliver

  • Number arrives with a warning label
  • You decide whether to call it
  • Longer list, more of it unusable
  • Risk sits with you at the moment of dialling
MyREIO

Flag and suppress

  • Flagged numbers never reach you
  • Nothing to evaluate mid-call
  • Shorter list, more of it workable
  • You still scrub — but you start cleaner
What's still on you

You're the caller. That never transfers.

Suppression reduces what reaches you. It doesn't make anything safe to call, and we'd be doing you a disservice to imply otherwise.

Registry data is a snapshot. A number clean this morning can be registered this afternoon. Federal rules require the caller to re-check at least every 31 days — and that obligation is yours, not ours.

Under the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the person placing the call is responsible for compliance. MyREIO provides data and software. We never call anyone on your behalf, and we make no representation that any number is lawful to contact.

What that means practically: get your own registry access, screen before you dial, keep a record. It takes about ten minutes and for most agents it's free.

Your own registry access

Ten minutes, and free for five area codes.

Most agents don't know they need this, and most brokers never mention it. The FTC issues registry access to anyone who asks — your first five area codes cost nothing, which covers almost every agent working a normal market.

We'll walk you through it during setup. You keep the credentials; they're yours, not ours.

Have these ready

Business name and address, EIN or SSN, and a contact name.

Register

telemarketing.donotcall.gov → Register. About five minutes.

Pick your area codes

Choose the ones you actually call. First five are free; after that it's $82 per area code per year.

MOST AGENTS NEED ONE OR TWO

Keep your credentials

You'll get an account number and two passwords. Keep the Representative password private — it controls your whole FTC account.

The channel nobody talks about

Every lead includes a mailing address.

Direct mail carries none of this. No registry, no scrubbing, no calling windows. For probate and pre-foreclosure it's often the better first touch anyway — a letter respects a situation that a cold call can intrude on.

So even when a phone number is suppressed, the lead is still workable. You just reach them a different way.

Start with a list you can trust.

Scored, skip-traced, and screened before it reaches you.
